What an annual maintenance agreement includes
- Preferred Customer Status – We will provide priority, prompt, and efficient service.
- Automatic Scheduled Maintenance – We will contact you when it’s time to schedule your next appointment.
- Preventive Maintenance Tune-Ups – Each maintenance inspection will be at no charge (pre-paid)
- Service Agreement – If you require service on your system between inspections:
- Emergency Answering service provided.
- Discounted Service Rates during normal business hours – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
- No “time and a half or double time” – if normal hours extend into after-hours service.
- 20% off Replacement Parts – This includes all parts that are not covered by warranty.
- 20% off all Labor Services – Labor is billed in 15-minute increments.
- 10% off all New Equipment – This includes a Condenser, Air Handler, Heat Recovery Unit, etc.
- TRANSFERRABLE BUT NON-REFUNDABLE AGREEMENT – May be transferred to person(s) you sell your house to, or you may transfer it to your new residence if within our normal working area.
